Note to YLOA members and YSPUC customers

YLOA members, you can access the RealManage Resident Portal where you can make your assessment payment, view association governing documents and submit your ECC application.


If you have questions or need assistance you can also call the Resident Services Group (RSG) at (855) 947-2636 (open 7 a.m.-7:30 p.m.). Our local customer service numbers are (559) 517-3499 for YLOA and (559) 517-3799 for YSPUC. They may be called 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays.


The YSPUC payment portal is now accepting payments.
Please note that there are currently zero fees to pay online or by using the automated phone payment option. The online portal link: https://secure.paystar.io/pay/yosemite-spring-park-billpay

To pay by phone using the automated payment option please dial (559) 517-3337. Invoices have been mailed out.
