NOTE: Your water account number is not the same as your lot number.

Dues & Pool Pass

At this time, we ask YLOA members and YSPUC water customers to make payments by mail or online on this page. If you cannot do either, leave your payments in the drop box at the clubhouse front door, since the YLOA office is closed to walk-in service. Credit card slips are provided. Thank you. If you have questions, call 559-517-3499 during business hours.

Credit Card Payments

You can go into the office or you can call in to make a payment using your Debit or Credit Card. We accept  VISA,  MasterCard,  Discover,  American Express.

Cash or Check Payments

Accepted at the clubhouse during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


You can sign up for automatic payment of your bill from your checking or saving account. You can choose to have the payment made on the date the billing is received or the due date of the bill.

After hours

A drop box is located outside of the main entrance doors of the clubhouse.

Banking Bill Pay Services

You can sign up through your financial institution to make a one-time or automatic payments. Just select Yosemite Lakes Owners Association as the payee and enter your lot number into the account field.

Pay by Mail

Detach and enclose the bill stub with your check or money order. Do not send cash.
