Note to YLOA members and YSPUC customers

We have disabled the member portal for all YLOA accounts while we transition to the GrandManors systems. Residents were sent welcome letters in the mail with login information.


If you have questions or need assistance you can also call the Resident Services Group (RSG) at (855) 947-2636 (open 7 a.m.-7:30 p.m.). Our local customer service numbers are (559) 517-3499 for YLOA and (559) 517-3799 for YSPUC. They may be called 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays.


The YSPUC payment portal is now accepting payments.
Please note that there are currently zero fees to pay online or by using the automated phone payment option. The online portal link: https://secure.paystar.io/pay/yosemite-spring-park-billpay

To pay by phone using the automated payment option please dial (559) 517-3337. Invoices have been mailed out.
