Ballots will be counted on Jul. 9, 2026 at 12:00pm during the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will take place at Yosemite Lakes Park Clubhouse, 30250 Yosemite Springs Pkwy, Coarsegold, CA 93614 and online.

If quorum is not met for the original election date and time, the rescheduled election date and time is set for Jul. 11,
2026 at 12:00pm with the same Zoom link, at which time the rescheduled meeting quorum shall be 25% (567
ballots).

Pursuant to Corp. Code § 7512(e), the meeting may be rescheduled to a date 20+ days later if quorum has not been
met, at which time the rescheduled meeting quorum shall be 20% (454 ballots) unless the Association governing
documents provide for a lower quorum. Complete quorum information will be included on the ballot.
