YLOA GOLF COURSE MARSHALL

PAY: DOE

As a YLOA Golf Course Marshall, you will patrol the golf course to ensure the pace of play is kept up as well as assist and answer golfers’ questions and/or concerns.

JOB DUTIES:

• Monitor the pace of play and reduce distractions.
• Ensure all golfers and guests adhere to the golf course dress code.
• Promote safety.
• Set up the course in the morning.
• Fill divots with seed mixture and fix ball marks on the greens.
• Communicate with golfers and guests on the golf course in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet.
• Must have 20/20 vision and good hearing (with correction)
• Must be able to sit and stand for duration of shift and walk the golf course on occasion
• Must be able to work in sometimes extreme conditions (hot/cold, rain)
