The Annual Meeting will take place at Yosemite Lakes Park Clubhouse\, 30250 Yosemite Springs Pkwy\, Coarsegold\, CA 93614 and online. \nJoin the Zoom meeting as follows: Join via Zoom app: Meeting ID: 94558544394\nOR Join Zoom via web address: https://zoom.us/j/94558544394\nOR Dial in by phone: +1 669 444 9171 Meeting ID: 94558544394 \nIf quorum is not met for the original election date and time\, the rescheduled election date and time is set for Jul. 11\,\n2026 at 12:00pm with the same Zoom link\, at which time the rescheduled meeting quorum shall be 25% (567\nballots). \nPursuant to Corp. Code § 7512(e)\, the meeting may be rescheduled to a date 20+ days later if quorum has not been\nmet\, at which time the rescheduled meeting quorum shall be 20% (454 ballots) unless the Association governing\ndocuments provide for a lower quorum. Complete quorum information will be included on the ballot.
