From YLOA/YSPUC General Manager Jonathan Penrose:
PROGRESS ON CLUBHOUSE BATHROOM
We are pleased to announce that after several attempts, we were able to secure a plumbing contractor to perform needed work for the additional bathroom at the clubhouse. The contractor had an opening in their schedule this week and work began on Tuesday.
STATUS AT THE CAFE
We had a couple supply chain and vendor availability issues related to the work at the Cafe, but final inspection is expected to be completed this week, with reopening occurring soon thereafter.
EMPLOYEE SEARCH AND STAFFING LEVELS
We are making progress in our search for additional customer service staff and hope to have our open positions filled soon. In the meantime, please remember that our staff is temporarily stretched to the limits. Patience and understanding is appreciated.
While we understand that the ‘whole world’ seems frustrated right now, cussing, cursing, and abusive language will not be tolerated. Such behavior will not improve our ability to respond and we will move those exhibiting such behavior to the bottom of our priority list.
Try a little kindness and courtesy and remember, we are all in this together.
We are also catching up on invoicing and the most recent invoices will be out shortly.
