Dear Homeowner,

We have received reports that a number of owners did not receive the Annual Election Packet for the upcoming board election and that some packets were missing the voting envelopes.

We have worked with our mailing vendor to identify and remedy the problem. To ensure that all owners have ample time to review the candidate information and cast their ballots, we have extended the voting deadline.

The YLOA Annual Meeting is now scheduled for Saturday, July 27th and will begin at the conclusion of the monthly board meeting – which is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.

If you were missing the ballot envelopes, additional envelopes and complete Election Packets are available at the Clubhouse.

We urge all owners to vote in the upcoming election to help us reach the required quorum. If you do not wish to vote, we ask that you please fill out the election envelopes with a blank ballot. While blank ballots do not contribute to the results, they still help us reach the required election quorum.
