New way to join meetings online

The YLOA Board of Directors has introduced a new way to provide online viewing and participation for monthly and special meetings. Of course, if you’re a member, you’re always welcome to attend the meetings in person as posted on our YLOA Board page.

So what do YLOA members have to do to attend the meeting online?

• If you’re among those who have already signed up to get YLP Alerts and Connect on Zoho, you’re all set! The new group YLP Members has been added to your list of available groups. Just go to it and join in the meeting.

• If you haven’t yet signed up for YLP Connect and YLP Alerts, please do so now in the form at the bottom of this page. You will receive an email confirmation with your account information and instructions on how to join YLP Connect and be ready for the meeting.

• If you prefer to connect to the meeting with a smartphone or tablet, go to your device’s app store and download the free app Zoho Connect. Just log in with your username and password and go to the YLP Members group.

You will NOT have to copy or remember any web addresses or codes as in the past for each meeting.

By automatically being part of the YLP Members group in Connect, you’ll always be able to connect to meetings when they are held.
